MailEnable becomes CPU hog

Post by Garre »

I am running the latest release of MailEnable on a Windows 2016 standard dedicated server. Over the lasts several months, I have encountered a problem, three or four times, where MailEnable suddenly seems to get into a loop where it takes up all the CPU usage of the server. This causes the whole system to slow way done, but it continues to work. A reboot solves the problem. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Next time it happens, I will do a more detail analysis to see if I can locate which service is causing the problem.

Hi,

When it happens again use Windows task manager to find which service is using the CPU resources. We really need to know which service in order to help further. Or log a ticket and provide access to the server so we can check in more detail.
