One of my email users can't get outlook 2016 to download email. The send/receive process completes but no new email is downloading. We see lots of new email in the webmail. I deleted the outlook account on the PC and re-created the profile and now nothing downloads, not even the old mail. Webmail still shows lots of email.
I am running 10.29 version of software.
Where do I go from here?

How did you configure the Outlook client to connect to the mailbox? Did you connect via IMAP or POP?
