SSL encrypted connection not working in outlook.

HI All,

Recently we have change an expired certificate in one of our domain.
After the installation of certificate we are facing an issue in outlook:

The IMAP connection works fine in encrypted connection using SSL/TLS
but the SMTP fails with the same encrypted connection SLL - it only works if I change to STARTLS

By the other domains it works fine also both with SSL/TSL conection type

Have somebody any idea what can be the problem ..or can I leave with STARTLS

I am also facing the same, The account has been added successfully in outlook with IMAP, but the email is not being sent from it.
