Mail not being received

Mail not being received

I have a customer that has two domains on my server. Instead of having two email addresses, they want to have messages forward from to redirection is set up properly, but emails are not being received.

Any thoughts?

Did you mean to say redirected to ?

You can place both domains in the same post office, then people can send to mail@domain1 or mail@domain2 and will end up in the same mailbox without requiring forwarding.

It's something we do on our server, having 3 domains under one post office. We can even choose, per mailbox, which of the 3 email address (or all of them) would be valid as a recipient.
