migrating to a new server

Post by momzey69 »

I just finished migrating all the files to the new server. everything seems to be working except I cannot login through webmail and IMAP starts and stops. diagnostics are good except IMAP.
It appears that I have to at to be able to login, I have to generate a new license which stops my working server and start my new server which is questionable.
Last time I did there was a short grace period, is it no more?
How can I test the new install without taking down my customers?

Hi,

If you restored the registry from the old license server and the CPU count and server name on different on the new server then this will be your problem. You need to follow the steps in the article below and request an updated license key for the new server.
