Is there, or will there be a Cleanup Agent for a users junk folder?

At present there is not one for the junk folder however the Cleanup Agent will definately be something that we build out over time, I have added this requested feature to the developers list.

Will those downloads work for Enterprise edition or only on pro? I think those are really cool. BTW, does the deleted items folder automatically get cleaned out or even in the cache que (sp.).

Not quite sure what you mean hear the clean up agent is at present only available in the Enterprise version not Pro. The deleted items folder will be auto cleaned using this util.
