Quarantine view and the Destination column?

Post by simongoodinson »

Does anyone know why the destination column is blank for all my quarantine messages?

Is it a bug or a configuration that I am missing?

Hi,

I have raised an issue for this since I was able to reproduce the behavior. Will pass on details when I have them at hand from the developers.

I have also had this issue for a LONG time which causes a LOT of lost time as finding missing messages takes longer. Was there ever a fix?
Thank You,

This is a few years old, and it is clearly a bug which still prevails in 10.38
Is the clear up rate for these things really so poor? Why?

I came on here to see if there was any chance of admin web access to the quarantine folder, but if even this kind of simple thing doesn’t get fixed, then requests for new features seem very unlikely to get done.

It’s disappointing that it is not more enthusiastically maintained or developed, as the software has good bones.

Hi,

The issue with the quarantine folder destination column is a display issue. The "Destination" column should be visible under the SMTP outbound queue and not under the "Quarantine" folder. The column has been removed for next release.

As for being able to access the "Quarantine" folder, you can do this via the "Web Administration" interface when logged in as a SYSADMIN. Navigate to the "System" page and you will see the "Quarantine" folder node.
