HI,

We have one user who has problems displaying emails in webmail.

Gets error:
he input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.FormatException: The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.

Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

It happens only on a few emails he receives. The when he first gets the emails is displays correctly. If he goes to view the email a second time, get the error.

Only reported from one user.

Any idea why this problem is ocrruring?
