Purge Junk E-mail

Purge Junk E-mail

Is there any way that works to purge the Junk E-mail after, let's say, 5 days?
I have resolved doing all other email with an external program, but that program is not feasible for just the Junk folders.
MEPURGE doesn't work
Agent doesn't work

Come on ME support. Fix this! Seems from other posts this hasn't been working in like, forever. :x

Hi,

What version of MailEnable are you running? If not the latest 10.31 on our downloads then please upgrade. The reason check is that there was a fix for "Junk E-mail report" that could cause the MailEnable management service to crash.

FIX: Junk E-mail report generation could crash the management service on
some junk folders -
http://www.mailenable.com/beta/Enterprise-ReleaseNotes.txt

Therefore please ensure that the MailEnable management service is running as this may explain why the agents are not executing. If the service is running then check the management service log files to see what the service is doing for more information.

Using version 10.31 Enterprise. Management running. Not working

Hi,

Might be better lodging a support ticket and providing access to the server via RDP or Teamviewer so we can check the data being purged and relevant log files. Lodge the ticket under "upgrade" and provide server access via https://www.mailenable.com/secure/details.asp
