Why isnt that Mail enable does not have its own version of a Mail Client like Outlook, the very purpose of business owners like me moving towards mailing solutions like Mail enable is they are less expensive yet very effective, it would be even more effective if Mail enable comes with its own Mail Client (not the webclient) like outlook so that it eliminates the need for us to obtain a microsoft outlook license.
I hope the mail enable development team would consider this suggestion and would provide a full integrated mail client along with their future releases.
keep up the good job.
Thanks,

It would be very interesting to see a Mail Enable Client produced.saleemy wrote:Why isnt that Mail enable does not have its own version of a Mail Client like Outlook, the very purpose of business owners like me moving towards mailing solutions like Mail enable is they are less expensive yet very effective, it would be even more effective if Mail enable comes with its own Mail Client (not the webclient) like outlook so that it eliminates the need for us to obtain a microsoft outlook license.

Re: Mail Enable's Version of Outlook
The MailEnable extension for Outlook provides calendaring/collaboration without requiring Client Access Licenses - but you do of course need to purchase Outlook itself. In terms of alternatives for Outlook, MailEnable did embark on developing an e-mail client/calendaring client some years back and did not progress it (the client we developed at the time was fast, but did not have feature depth. The reason we did not continue developing was that thunderbird and lightning seemed to already do this quite well for free.

Can we reach almost the same features?

Re: Mail Enable's Version of Outlook
We do have some documentation on how to configure mail with thunderbird for email, but there is better documentation on the web for configuring thunderbird as an outlook alternative.
