It is not recommended to manually uninstall the Outlook Connector due to the complexity of the steps. Removal should be done by using the standard Windows add/remove programs option. If some of the install files have been removed so that the uninstall fails, reinstall the application and then remove. If manual means are still required, follow the steps in the Detail section below.
To remove the Outlook Connector manually, please follow the steps below:
1) Close Microsoft Outlook.
2) Stop the Windows Search service. Since this indexes email, it will use the MailEnable DLLs to do this, so it will lock files you need to delete.
3) Delete any account in Outlook profiles that use the Connector. Remove any profile which is no longer required.
4) Run the MEMAPIClean application, which will remove items that were added to the mapisvc.inf file and unregister the plugin. To do this, open a command prompt and enter:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\bin\memapiclean.exe" /clean
5) Delete the following files from the Windows\System32 directory. If you are using a 32bit version of Outlook on a 64bit version of Microsoft Windows, these files will be in the Windows\SysWOW64 directory. Not all may exist on your installation:
MailEnableMSD32.DLL
MailEnableMSF32.DLL
MailEnableMSP32.DLL
MailEnableMS32.DLL
MailEnableMSL32.DLL
MailEnableFB.DLL
