Try this to fix the problem, In outlook goto Tools>Accounts..ect.
Make sure that your Full Email address is in the Login Information part. Outlook will place only the Name you set up before the @.
It may say only Camposthiago and it has to say Camposthiago@camposthiago.com

Hi, You only have to set up the SmartHost in the properties of the SMTP, and don't forget to Authenticate... Don't run open rely. I looked in my postoffice for my Junk@domain.com and seen that there were 67 emails in it and when I Pop3 (outlook) the count is correct but only 3 or 4 bridge over. Is this a ME problem?

Do you know how to fix or test. I used the same outlook for another mail server ((Marek)sp?) and it was counting perfectly.

Tarpitting only works one way, it slows down one of your users not inbound spammers. If your users are Spamming, why don't you disable them from sending emails?

Not quite sure about your question, are you saying that your customers are spamming or your customers/email clients are being spammed?

Same thing here, I noticed it about a month ago.
I have 4 email accounts in OutLook and when I send/receive the last one will tell me that it's receiving 22 of 33 and the inbox count is at 22 and only a max of 3 emails will PoP, so my final inbox count will be 25.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but why don't you forward all emails for Mike@bbb.com to Mike@aaa.com, he will only have one logon and all the emails will be there. I have this set up for one of my users and two domains.

This could be a host of problems, lets start by telling us what Vs. of ME your running (1.96 is the latest). Are you running Authenticated user? Does your Host use a SmartHost? I have to run to work but someone will help.
