Ok... I confirmed my suspicion, it is with out a doubt a problem with the latest security patches from Micro$oft. Removing the following patches immediately resolved my issue with the mmc /reload.htm error. I removed these as a group for two reasons, one; several will not uninstall until another is ...

Ya the text files are located in the \filter\Actions directory But personally I think this is a not the best solution to the problem, that paticular filter is hard to manage with ME. The best solution for stopping countries such as china would be to create your own reverse dns blacklist zone, provid...

You could try this....

1. Find all instances of scrrun.dll on your hard drive.
2. Un-register all of them with c:\winnt\system32>regsvr32 [path]\scrrun.dll /u
3. Register all of them with c:\winnt\system32>regsvr32 [path]\scrrun.dll
4. Re boot

no promises, but it may likely solve your problem.

Yes it is safe, but the recommended action would be to have your sever admin remove and reinstall the web interfaces via the mmc on the server. If you have remote access you can do this your self, but if you are renting it may just be easier to ask them to do it for you.

Please dont take this wrong, but isn't that in the same lines as blaming the car and not the driver? I have not yet had an issue were it stopped my server from doing its job. Yes there is a bit of tweaking to do as with any product that has degress of use, but over all its a stronger filter with far...

You should have them check into MEFilter by Martyn Keen, there are lots of us here my self included that moved from SNIMTA to MEFilter and find it more then adequate for the job. It has several options that you will not find with most filters. You can go here to take a look. http://www.mefilter.com ...

The possibility makes sense when you think about it, you said that inbound email was working fine. But the diag tool gives you the error, if the diag tool is run internally then any look up w...

HELM is my personal favorite, after fighting with HC and Ensim. It intergrates both MailEnable and ST very will. It also supports Awstats. I've used it for just over a year now had have had no issues that I didn't create on my own :?

This is generally due to the receiving client and their email system. For example in the event they you would request a receipt from a user who uses a Microsoft Exchange system their administrator would need to enable this feature to pass to domains outside of its local bridge head. You should simpl...
