Copy the file?
There is a file that contains all the subscribers to a list you simply need to copy it.
\Mail Enable\Config\Postoffices\[mailbox name]\LISTS\[listname].TAB
Also you can right-click it and choose export in the GUI.

Well for me I think I traced my issues back to faulty hardware. The machine I was installing onto ended up failing in other areas so I toook it off the line.
