Suddenly I have a user who is missing all his folders in outlook. They are there in webmail. He is using the mailenable mapi shim. Any suggestions?

I regenerated the license and all seems ok now.

I need to debug my server that is running with 1 cpu. I need to go to 2 CPUs for a brief couple days. Can I lock mailenable to 1 cpu so I don't break any licensing? I have no interest in upgrading to a 2 cpu license.

I managed to resolve this by deleting my company web site and starting from scratch. Thanks for the help though.

After reinstalling windows 10, it finally worked ... for 3 weeks and now it's crashing again. Outlook will not allow the mailenable connector to run. What next?

I'll keep this in case it occurs again but we reinstalled windows to solve it and it seemed to work.

As soon as it is enabled Outlook turns it off again.

When I try to go there it gets error 404. I checked everything. Cert is valid, bindings look good. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to the site. No luck. What to do?

Outlook will not allow the connector to run any more. It said it caused outlook to crash and thus dissabled it. What do we do? Tried re-installing the connector to no avail.
