Re: Webmail not showing sub-directories greater than 2 levels deep after update to 10.21
If anyone else has this problem update to 10.22. Mailenable notified us of the release of 10.21 but not .22 which they released 2 days later but didn't tell anyone. Only realised myself out of curiosity! 10.22 20th March 2019 --------------------- FIX: Replaced Google QRCode render with embedded sol...

Webmail not showing sub-directories greater than 2 levels deep after update to 10.21
As the subject suggest, recently updated to 10.21 and now webmail will not show sub-directories greater than 2 levels deep. Physical files and directories are present in filesystem. Tested on multiple mailboxes from different domains, same result. IMAP displays all directories without issue. All ser...

Re: Malformed From Address being accepted for inbound AND now outbound!
Has there been any progress with this or does anyone have any ideas what I could enter manually as a filter? It's become embarrassing now as I've just received an email that uses one of our old domains as the from address trying to get us to pay a fictitious invoice and it just happens to use an ema...

Re: Malformed From Address being accepted
This is still ongoing. We've also noticed this can happen in a reversed scenario where a mailbox has been compromised within Mailenable and emails are sent with two from addresses again without separation from a comma. I need to be able to prevent the sending and receipt of these types of mail, any ...

Re: Problems after restart Imap
That's Outlook for you. From experience, sometimes Outlook likes to to cling on to previous errors even though they've since been corrected.
Ask you clients to close and re-open Outlook. If that doesn't work ask them to restart their machines.

Re: SMTP Relay Audit
beware if you have any clients sending as a forwarding addresses but SMTP login is the original mailbox credentials they will not be able to send (we have a few mailboxes like that on one of our servers). how do you handle this? We have clients that use their mailboxes as an auto-forward. I don't s...

Malformed From Address Being Accepted, Different Case - No From Email Address <>
Hi, Further to my previous post I've just received an new sort of phish/scam email. Although this relates to my other post in that malformed is being accepted and not rejected, this is different this time as there is no email address in the From header. Received: with MailEnable Postoffice Connector...

Re: webmail error
Try installing Mailenable again, choose preserve existing configuration but make sure the option to skip Webmail update (for faster installation) isn't ticked/enabled.

Re: SMTP Relay Audit
Hi, Yes, there is a setting to force that users are only able to send from addresses within their mailbox SMTP > Properties > Security > Authenticated senders must use address from their postoffice. This will work for aliases also, however beware if you have any clients sending as a forwarding addre...

Re: Malformed From Address being accepted
Hi again Ian,
It seems as though this might be becoming the spammers weapon of choice, someone else has just posted the same problem.

Re: Malformed From Address being accepted
Hi Ian, Thanks for your response and the information. Do you have any ideas how these emails can be blocked/rejected at a server level? Even if it is technically possible to have more than one From, it's still the first time I've seen this in all the years I've been in the industry and they have all...

Re: Migration Mode
I beg to differ. Mailenable is an excellent product and you'll likely not find a better price. +1 on this! We've used many different mail servers in the past not only have their products been a shambles but their support was too. We would not switch from MailEnable now and we've always had a great ...
