Is there a way we can have two postoffices and use one for internal and one for external. We are a small organization and would prefer to go to enterprise once we grow

We are setting up a Mailenable for my domain example.com. I am setting up 10 users out of which 3 users are not allowed to sent emails outside our domain example.com

I want all the 10 users to receive email from anywhere. Pls guide me on how to set this up.
