I figured this out. I guess the user was playing with two factor authentication and had turned that on. I couldn't see that via the Mailenable MMC on the server. I could see it when logging into the MEAdmin Page and was able to turn it off. Everything is ok, please disregard.

Password change issues

I have a user that had his password compromised by a spammer. I changed his password via the server Mailenable MMC. When he tries to use the new password I issued them via the webmail it asks for a verification code. Where do I get that code?

After hours I stopped all services on the server with the Mailenable console and tried to extract the files into the said directory and five files would not extract because they were open by another program. Is there any thing special one has to do to get these files in there?

I receive an error that says this action can't be completed because the file is open in another program. What files or service do I need to stop in order to copy these in the correct folder?

I figured this out. I use ehlo blocking to block all hosts that identify with an ip address instead of a FQDN. Most of those are hackers trying to guess your passwords on your email accounts. Yes, I have never entered a size for criteria. This has happened on two different filters now and both were associated with the From Box Heading criteria. When it happened the first time I disabled the filter criteria and created a brand new filter with the From Heading criteria and it happened again.

I can move all the messages at once depending on where I click and drag. This doesn't seem to be an issue on other browsers.

When I log into the webmail application and do a search on an email address I see a list of the emails with firefox and I can highlight all of them and I used to drag them to a folder. Now only one email moves and I see the rest of the list. This seems to only happen on firefox. Any ideas?
