Re: ME Enterprise and NVMe
However, we also have performance problems with 2 or three of our customers. These customers have mailboxes with 30GB or 70GB. With all our other customers there are virtually no problems or crashes (they have smaller mailboxes) I have already read elsewhere in the forum that this problem is known ...

ME Enterprise and NVMe
Hello all, This past weekend I migrated our MailEnable instance to much more capable hardware and wanted to share my setup and my thoughts overall. We service about 230 mailboxes on one domain, using 1 SBL, 1 UBL, DKIM and SPF, and an enterprise XDR/AV solution (with exceptions in place for ME). Fir...

I can echo this as well. So far so good!cfdynamics wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2024 8:22 pmSeems to be resolved in the 10.49 release. SMTP service has not crashed since the update and DKIM signing is working normally.

Re: Mailenable responsiveness very slow
Are you also running on mechanical drives? MailEnable doesn't quite list the "real world" specs needed to run their software. I have about 200 mailboxes, single domain, 90% IMAP clients, and the server is generally a slog. I'm about to upgrade the hardware significantly and switch to NVMe drives and...

Might be too soon to ask, but are you seeing improvements? I'm going to install 10.49 tonight.cfdynamics wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2024 2:26 pmIt's looking like the 10.49 release did actually resolve the issue. will post here again if it comes back

Re: Faulty SMTP / DKIM - 10.48 version
We're dealing with the same issue. We had a support ticket in to try to get it resolved. Support sent us a release to install and it seemed okay for a few weeks then the exception occurred again. So far its happened to us twice since that update where as it was happening nearly every week before, so...

Filter Criteria to check domain name?
Hello, I made a simple filter to mark external emails with a tag for our users using the 'Add a prefix to the subject of the message' and it works well: FilterResult = 1 If (CriteriaMet([ME_FROM],"*example.com*")) Then FilterResult = 0 EndIf However, if a user just puts the example.com domain in the...

Re: DKIM throwing an exception, causing mail not to be sent
It's been nearly 3 months and this issue is still happening sporadically. I'm wondering if MailEnable support is even a good idea. I'm weighing the options of buying a high priority ticket since it's 24/7 support but based on lack of responses here and my experience with the last ticket I put in I a...

Re: Faulty SMTP / DKIM - 10.48 version
This happens to us as well on Enterprise. We have Trend Micro Apex One installed but as of this time it's disabled, yet we still get this issue. Also OP, your messages won't send. They will be dropped from the Outbound SMTP queue. This is a huge issue because to your end users they will think their ...

DKIM throwing an exception, causing mail not to be sent
Just throwing this here since I only saw one other thread talking about this issue. Apparently back in 10.46 or so of MailEnable, there was a bug related to DKIM signing, SSL and SMTP where the SMTP service encounters an exception and drops the message, or DKIM encounters an exception and the messag...

Re: DKIM, Faulty SMTP module
There was a bug in the SSL libraries, but they were updated a few versions ago. There was also fixes to the processing of the DNS entries for DKIM. This was mostly done in the 10.47 version and we haven't had any issues since then. Are you using the latest 10.48? Yes, 10.48. We just came over from ...

Re: Outlook Android App Issues
Webmail works. Even using the same credentials the IMAP logs just specify an invalid password or username from Outlook even though the password and username are correct.

Re: DKIM, Faulty SMTP module
Hate to bump an 11 year old thread but maybe this will get a response... Running into the same issue as OP where the SMTP Debug logs show a DKIM_SignMessage exception in SMTPOutbound.cpp. After this is raised, emails are sent to the void from the outbound SMTP queue. I am not aware of this happening...

Re: AUP is basically a scam at this point.
Yep. The support token system is a scam too. Pay for tokens to maybe get support, no 24/7 support line or support lines in other time zones. Extremely frustrating dealing with support when you live in the US.
