That nobody from mailEnable deigns to answer is not very encouraging and denotes a certain lack of professionalism. After all, we purchased this product, we also purchase the upgrades, and it is your responsibility to fix. This isn't like a car where we can tak eit to another shop. I am unsure what ...

Unable to create aliases

Since I updated server to latest version, I am unable to create aliases to other domains
Aliases previously created seem to still work

I assume this is a bug
is there a work around?

This is quite urgent now

if mailenable is transfered to new hadrware, do IMAP users require a resync?

If I migrate my current mailenable to a new hardware with the suggested transfer method; backup then restore to new server; do IMAP users require to resync their folders? Or is process transparent to them?

Our windows server has a problem we cannot sort out. There is documentation of how to transfer mailenable; but how do we transfer the licence as name of new server is different?

User gets mailbox unavailble/disabled

I have a user, our heaviest and most important user whe gets his mailbox unavailable/disabled (if trying to logon with webmail, it says unknown/disabled user though the mailbox exists. Resetting server fixes the problem. Any idea what is the issue? I also have many users with 4 alias email addresses...
