We havent upgraded since 10.35 because of issues. If you read the lelease notes for the different versions a lot of bugs get introduced again over time. Start with a reboot of the server. Make sure its patched and updated from Microsoft. Test again if you can delete user. There are quite a few bugs in the latest versions that can be pretty annoying. I am getting weird characters in mobile phone below screenshot. It works fine in WEbMail but for some reason it does not display properly.
We have been using Mail enable 10.20.
