SMTP Log Analyzer

Are there any existing log analysis utilities that folks are using with MailEnable? I pulled up the "Log Analyzer" that comes with MailEnable, but it's frankly not all that useful. Looking for what other options might exist already before I go rolling my own...

User locked out by remote failed authentication attempts

I have a user that's being repeatedly locked out and it appears that the cause is external users trying to authenticate to the mail server with multiple bad passwords. This causes the external user to get blocked but also causes my actual user to be locked out. Is there a recommended solution for a ...

Re: AppData PST File Location Error

Doesn't anyone have any other thoughts on this? I've tried everything I can find to try with Outlook and Windows and still don't have this resolved.

Thanks.

I don't know that this is an Outlook problem though I'm aware that Outlook makes the decision about where to store the PST file. Re: AppData PST File Location Error

Is anyone else seeing this issue? I'm not able to use the MAPI plugin at this point which is why we purchased the Enterprise version of the software. Without that, we would not have purchased MailEnable. If anyone is able to help with this I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks,
Tom

AppData PST File Location Error

I have MailEnable Enterprise running and everything seems to be working fine. I was trying to configure a user with Outlook 2019 today and after setting up the account via the MAPI connector and restarting Outlook, I get the following error message. The set of folders cannot be opened. You can't sto...

Windows Active Directory Authentication

Good morning, Based on the information found here (https://www.mailenable.com/mail-server-features.asp), I believe that mailEnable Standard Edition should be capable of authenticating to a Windows AD server. I have installed mailEnable Standard v10.42 on Windows Server 2019 and configured the Post O...
