Hello,
I have PTR in my ISP under my domain: myDomain.com
so I set A record under this domain so it's will be equal to the PTR in my ISP.
Do I need this A record will be working as my website or it's only need to be set in the DNS records?

This is a bad idea.
If I delete the domain all the content of the mailboxes will delete too. if the user will like to return us or pay is bill we like to give him the data again.
Any solution for that?
