Re: CLAM AV scanner suddenly stopped by itself
I may locate the problem. Probably it's due to a large size attachment that crashed clamd.exe service. Some suggested by setting the upper limit of the attachment, then clamav will skip scanning those large attachement (particular zip files, as it needs to unzip those first then process the scanning...

Re: Something went wrong
Not sure what happened to this customer, all he said was that he inadvertently deleted his inbox then put the deleted items back in inbox. He is using IMAP on his phone where this occurred. He now has 66.3GB in his his inbox, or 237,047 files. He is slowly deleting the duplicates, triplicates, quad...

You can report a phishing scam attempt to the company that is being spoofed. Don't click on any links, open attachments, or expand any included pictures You can also send reports to the Federal Trade Commission(forward the e-mail to the FTC, spam@uce.gov). [SOLVED]CLAM AV scanner suddenly stopped by itself
1. I just came across this morning that clamd.exe is no longer there in the service tab under task manager. clamd.exe usually takes 1-1.5GB, and stays at the top of my services process, so I noticed immediately. Then I checked it's stopped by itself on July 1, 7:59PM from the Administrative Ev...

I wonder if there is a way to create a global filter to exclude the DNS Blacklist checking for a particular postoffice?

Many thanks againMailEnable-Ian wrote: ↑Mon Jun 28, 2021 12:09 amHi,
Yes, that what I was referring to earlier. Create host header bindings under the MailEnable Webmail website and then bind each SSL certificate for each host header binding using the SNI option.

Re: How to create a new IIS Instance of "MailEnable Webmail" for Webmail?
Just pop up in my mind, could be The Solution after all, that no need to create an new IIS Instance. I wonder if W2K2019 IIS 10 supports multiple SAN/UCC SSL certificates on default ME Webmail Instance with SNI (Server Name Indication)? So simply select the 101-200 SAN/UUC SSL Cert. from the drop do...

Re: How to create a new IIS Instance of "MailEnable Webmail" for Webmail?
Many thanks for your reply. Is it possible we simply reset the password in Windows Computer Managment for IME_USER account, and then reset the password again in default ME Webmail Application pool and IIS Instance? Btw, I found IIS Instance and Application pool uses IME_ADMIN instead of IME_USER som...

Re: Sorting order/decision "Mark as Spam" by different filters
Many thanks Ian for helping me. Yes you can only action on the scores by configuring the spam rules in the web mail client. I followed your instruction in another post, and created a Postoffice level filter specifically for this score purpose, hopefully it will work this time. The "Fails SpamAssassi...

Thanks Ian, that explained why the feature of User Spam Protection Level in Webmail. But most of the time, users do not login to webmail to set it, so I guess your suggestion of setting this filter at the postoffice level will solve the problem. Re: How to create a new IIS Instance of "MailEnable Webmail" for Webmail?
Thanks, I understand that part, but my question is related to Let's Encrypted per SAN/UCC SSL maximum 100 domain restriction, ie, you cannot add the 101th SSL to the same IIS instance. In order to solve that, we need to create a new IIS instance for webmail, then we can add another Let's Encrypt 100...
