I know this has to be here somewhere. I exported my phone contact list as a .vcf file (only choice) and am trying to find the import option in webmail. Import Google Contacts
I want to import google contacts either through outlook or webmail. Outlook is bugged. It won't open the .csv file for some reason. I thought I'd try webmail but there is no IMPORT button on the contact page.

I am getting reports of a couple users getting duplicate emails on their mobile device (activesync). Any idea why this would be happening?

Webmail shows mail that Outlook does not
What would cause this? If I log into webmail I see a lot of emails that are simply not in my inbox in outlook. If I send myself a new email, it appears in outlook but some of the prior ones are missing. How do I fix this?

In the interest of speed, I will post here (I did a support ticket). It appears there is a problem with the license server for active sync? My license is good till end of january. Unfortunately changing the the "denied access except" effects the whole server. Many postoffices don't have a spam-catch server so they have to be able to get mail from everywhere.

Is there a way to have the system notify me if there is a threshold is reached on a user sending email? Case in point, someone cracks the user's password and then starts sending thousands of spam messages. I would like to be notified if, say, a user sends more than 100 emails a day or to more than 1...

Receive mail from only one source?
I have a couple postoffices that should only receive email from a specific SMTP server. Is it possible to configure the system to only allow mail from that server to be accepted for a couple specific postoffices? This is a spam situation and the SMTP server in question is their filter.
