We have several users who complain that they must wait for the sync to complete before they can choose contacts from the GAL. I know this is to make sure users have the most updated list, but this is getting time consuming for our email users who email numerous times per day.
Is there a way to limit how many times the ME Outlook connector syncs contacts? Maybe a way to force it to update contacts only when Outlook is opened?
