how to download all emails from MailEnable server

Hello.
I'm sorry for the question but, anyone knows a way of downloading all emails at once from the MailEnable server?
My access is online, and I do need to have a copy of all received and sent emails in my computer.
I'm using a Macbook Pro with Lion Mountain OS X 10.8.5, and MAIL as app. The problem with MAIL is that it has not downloaded all the emails from "inbox" and "sent". I don't know why.
Is there any other way?
