Flag for Follow up
Flag for Follow up
In outlook 2013, clearing a flag that was for follow up doesn't update the server. Resetting the account or moving an email that was previously flagged to a different folder causes all the cleared flags to become flagged again. please fix asap.

Sounds like there are issues with the sync from client to server when pushing up the removal of the follow-up flag. I have tried emulating the behavior on our side via Outlook 2013 and could not reproduce. Please lodge support ticket and provide details for a test mailbox and access to the server so that we can emulate and review the EAS log files to determine what is occurring.

I'd rather not, especially since you guys were hacked. Keep trying, you'll be able to reproduce the issue eventually.
