Not sure where to put this post, but here goes.
I have a user running WIndows 11, Office 365 and ActiveSync to the server, with Bitdefender running as their AV.
They seem to be getting hit massively with junk emails that have Malware and Viruses in them.
When Active Sync tries to download the email, it gets an error because Bitdefender blocks the email and reports that access to the active sync webpage on my server has been blocked.
The problem is, almost every time it corrupts the Outlook email cache, so all we can do is delete the Outlook profile, recreate it and then download all the email again from scratch.
Anyone got any smart ideas on how to solve this issue ?
