Version 8.60 Issue

Customers are reporting that their emails are being rejected for error 451. It looks like the logs are showing mail enable taking too long to verify if they are spammers. Subject: FWD: Warning: could not send message for past 4 hours is the message they are getting back.
Any one else having issues since upgrading to 8.60?
