Sent mail disappeared

Hi,

i have a case that randomly some sent mail messages are disappearing.

Don't know how to reproduce it but i know for sure that today morning happened to me.

It is not deleted. Just is missing.

And in message tracker the message is visible. In sent items is not visible!

Mail enable professional, last stable release!

Hi,

How are you sending the messages? What email client are you using to send?

i am using Microsoft Outlook.

Hi,

Ok I should of asked if you are connecting via IMAP, POP or using the MAPI connector for Outlook?

I am connecting with Outlook using IMAP.

Hi,

Do the messages exist on the server within the mailboxes "Sent Items" folder? Can you see them if you log into the mailbox via the web mail client and navigate to the "Sent Items" folder? Do you see another folder named "Sent" in the mailbox folder path?

Hi Ian,

the "Sent" folder does not exist.
The message is not visible in "Sent Items", not in Outlook and even not in WEB Mail.
But in log (message tracker) there is a evidence about the message.

Hi,

Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket via the MailEnable support from below and provide details of the message ID along with the associated SMTP, MTA, Post office Connector and IMAP log files of when you sent the message that has gone missing from the Sent Items folder.
