Dear all,
For your information the Spamcop service offered by Cisco is down since end of 31/1/2021.
As a consequence the SMTP DNSBL option based on Spamcop will reject ALL emails received by external mail servers.
From my knowledge Spamcop is configured by default as well as SpamHausZen.

The recommendation is to remove Spamcop from your DNSBL option in SMTP settings and in case of need add some other NSBL services or leave SpamHausZen... until MailEnable finds a way to check the readiness of DNSBL service to get rid of false positive such as a provider being down.
Spamcop down = all emails ejected
Re: Spamcop down = all emails ejected
Spamcop is UP now, no more false positive from SMTP BL filtering.
I won't personally reactivate on my server Spamcop but configure other additional BL service or keep SpamHausZen.
