Hello,
Environment:
-Windows 2012R2 Server on a Hyper-V virual machine
-4 virtual processors / 16 GBytes Memory
-Windows 2012R2 on a actual release
- Updated to ME 10.38
- After a new start everything seems to working well
- After 5 to 10 min we had no contact to the activesync services
- Reboot, the same as above
- Checked with https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/O365Eas/input works perfect for 5 to 10 min
- Stop MailEnableEASPool, start MailEnableEASPool: works perfect for 5 to 10 min
- Windows Events shows: System Warning: WAS 5013 Timeout: for MailEnableEASPool
- and: System Warning: WAS 5138 MailEnableEASPool could not close listen channel for protocol "http" Error#: B4050780
- Each time when stop and start MailEnableEASPool the warning repeats
-In IIS application pool going to MailEnableEASPool going to Reuse, set the intervall to 5 min, periodic, necessary, faulty ISAPI
- now the application pool MailEnableEASPool starts every 5 min.
But this cannot be the solution for this Problem!
Thank you very much for any input!

Hi,
There is a fix within the 10.39 beta kits on our beta page that addresses a problem where the service could lockup. The release is a release candidate if you would like to update to the 10.39 beta. It should be officially released in the upcoming week.
