Hi,
I am a hosting server and one of my customer started to get error message after sended messages from all acount on the domain. There is no problem on blacklist. empty email messages also give same error. And no any clue sending mass mail. There is no problem on other customers on same server.
MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Recipient: [SMTP:xxx@xxx.com]
Reason: 550 5.7.1 Rejected by Spam filter (5018e1d8-66bc-11e9-9127-354307679271)[CFG-01]

Hi,
Would need to see the associated SMTP activity and debug log files and the details of the server you sending the messages to.

Sounds like you may have gotten your IP in a blacklist

Nope there are hunderds of web site uses same ip address on my server. Aslo I checked ip and domain name at mxtoolboxcfdynamics wrote:Sounds like you may have gotten your IP in a blacklist
