MESNOOP utility not working

Post by mailEnableStdUser »

Hi,
I have mailEnable standard version 9.0
I want to keep all mailbox email hence trying to set rule and found online to use this utility

I copied it to bin folder and started exe
Set domain cuz.com for whose post office all emails I want to copy
I created mailbox in its post office and set as mailbox
Restarted server too but still mails are not getting copied.
Can you suggest what is problem ?

Hi,

Are you running it as an administrator? Look at the MTA settings in the administration program, as when you save the settings it should have added and enabled a pickup event. If you run the MESNOOP program again it should load the previous settings, if not then it is likely it was not run as an administrator.

Thanks.
Earlier I did not run as administrator, but today I ran executable as administrator. Set properties but I am not able to see anything in MailEnable Console. Only Logs option is available, not other rules. When I check the latest activity log it says "System Default Route Applied" for forwarding I had set from Plesk.

This is what I am trying to do
I have postoffice domain
A.com
mailbox: a
mailbox: b
mailbox: archive - where I want to copy all incoming and outgoing mails from a, b

In MESNOOP I select

Copy Mail Containing, specify A.com (as domain)
PostOffice Name: A.com
Message Filtering: On
MailBox Name: archive

Hope this is doable.

Please suggest if I am missing anything or looking at the wrong place as I do not see the pickup event.
