Hi,
It depends on the receiving server and how strict they are. If you are passing SPF and failing DKIM I would think Google will still accept your emails. Do you get any bounce message failures? Have you tried sending to a gmail account you have access to to see if its delivered? You might want to review there sending practices guide as well to ensure you meet their standard.
