Hello,
I'm new to the windows server. I've configured the mail server and I can successfully send emails using Mailenable WebMail but I can't receive any emails. When I click on"Client settings" on the WebMail page, a blank page appears. How can I check which protocol is being used by WebMail?
I don't know if it's using SMTP or POP or IMAP. And I couldn't find a related Log file.
I appreciate any help in this matter
Can't receive any email from outside of server

Re: Can't receive any email from outside of server
Hi,
The SMTP service is responsible for sending/receiving emails from remote mail servers. Therefore you will need to trace through the SMTP log files to see what is happening in more detail. When trying to send to a MailEnable recipient do you receive any bounce messages with errors?
