IMAP service going down

IMAP service going down

Hi Support,

We had an issue where our monitoring system Pingdom for the Mail enable IMAP service went down about 5 times in about half an hour. It appears to have resolved itself though we are trying to understand why this was happening. Issue started around 15:05-15:30.

I have attached the logs for those times.

Hi,

What version of Standard edition are you running? If running an old version then may explain why.

Hi Ian,

We are running Mailenable Enterprise Edition V10.
Forum doesn't seem to be letting me add log, it says invalid file extension.

Hi,

What exact version of V10 are you running? Run the MailEnable diagnostic report to get the exact version. Do you see any errors reported within the Windows event log before the IMAP service crashes?

Hi,

Will need the full set of log files and not log snippets for the date/time the service is crashing. Also do you see any Windows event log errors relating to the service crash?
