Dear Supporting team,
I am using Windows server 2016 and MailEnable Professional Edition (version 10.39). I can send and receive email in this Windows server 2016 system, but when I use another Windows system which connect with Thunderbird to send email with IMAP. It has This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server. Please refer to the attached image, I have set the port 25 open in Firewall. Could you help me to solve the problem?

I would like to inform you that I have used a tool to test mail server is open for relay. The result is fine (Please refer to attached image), but when I tried to connect the mailenable with Thunderbird, it still had problem
