Hello!
After upgrading to Mailenable 10.40 Version,
i am receiving too many complaints from clients about their emails not
working in outlook,
I am not able to telnet to mail server ports when such customer complain,
however i cannot also not find the IP of the customer in the realtime abuse list
this issue has cropped up only after the upgrade to 10.4
any advise

Hi,
You mentioned that when the issue occurs you are not able to telnet to the IMAP ports on the MailEnable server from the problematic client machines. Are you able telnet locally to the IMAP service locally on the server itself bypassing any proxies/firewalls at the time of the problem?
