Hi,
We use a mailbox delivery event to process emails for a certain address. I've just found out that for some reason the event is not triggered for Delivery Failure notifications.
Does anybody have experience with this? is this designed behavour or a bug? I would like to process these as well....

When it stopped working for me it was usually due to use of 'illegal' email addresses or settings.
Check the same exact email adress details thorugh the webmail to make sure you are using 'accepted' email information.
You can always stop the MTA to have a look at the email as it passes throught the system.

I am having the same issue. The event fires and works fine for standard emails but not "Delivery Failures"
