Alert Thresholds

Post by Sorcermon »

I love the alert feature, but I'm been bombed by MESMTPCS Outbound Queue Length because treshold is too low.

I can't find where to change this.

Any clue?

Its hard coded, no way to change it as per what they told me a while back. It would be really nice if we could set this in the config.

Are you sure? I thought it was possible to configure.

Here is the message

Can you please lodge a support ticket under the category of "Upgrade" if you believe this is a bug and provide access to the machine. Are you sure the service is crashing and stopped? Is there any Windows event log errors produced when the service stops?

I cannot force this event to happen. There are no events logged, and the SMTP log just shows a restart of the service.

Is there a way the increase the outbound queue?
