Emails Missing from Deleted items folder

I accidentally deleted an important email while clearing the spam folder, but the Deleted Items folder only has a handful of the emails I deleted, and of course the important one is not in there. Is there any way to get it back?

I'm technology challenged and have never posted on a forum before. Be kind, please.

Hi,

How did you delete the emails in the spam folder? What email client and how is the email client setup to connect to the MailEnable server? If you don't have scheduled backups of the MailEnable store folder (Postoffices folder) and you deleted the message via Outlook IMAP or POP then there is no way to recover the email. If you deleted via web mail then do you have the option to "Move deleted messages to 'Deleted Items' folder enabled under the web mail options?
