Re: How to enable Global Address Book for postoffice admin via Webmail?
I can use Directory to add address if I RDP to server console, but I couldn't find how to do this via webmail, login with postmaster(which is admin) or normal user, the New button always greyed out, any idea?

Lastly, does the Outlook worked with GAL with MAPI connector now? or Outlook has to use EAS in order to use GAL?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi,
Adding directory members can only be done via the web administration interface and not the web mail client.

Yes the MAPI Connector will list directory members that you add via the admin console.

But I couldn't find how to add directory member after login to postoffice webadmin, as there is no option for Directory somehow. Can individual postoffice admin manage their own directory via webadmin web page? Thanks.

Found the solution, Needs to enable this option in Server console, Enable add/edit/remove Directory entries under WebAdmin Tab
