It is possible change:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\Postoffices
To:
D:\Postoffices
All settings, backups and otehrs files in original path C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\, only store mails into new path.
If move directory to new location and change into Windows Register
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Mail Root can work?
