Email Account lock again and again | Brute Force Dictionary Attacks

I am encountering brute force dictionary attacks on MailEnable Enterprise Premium Version: 10.31 Server, as I enforced password lock policy on the mail server that user-facing email account lock issue. We are facing this issue with random users. Could anyone help me out?

As per logs facing external domain and different region IPs and sometimes but least from our internal WAN IP., how may I resolve the issue?

Please suggest | Expert Opinion Required
