Is there a way to add a default signature with company logo on all existing mailboxes?

Is there a way to add a default signature with company logo on all existing mailboxes?

I'm ok with this being for webmail only. I just need a few items of info from their contact details in the signature and a company logo.

Any help is appreciated.

Even a way to copy the signature and paste to others. Can the signature have "Fields" like "First Name" "Last Name" and it grabs from the Contact details? That way I just just format one user then copy the file/directory to other users?
