Hello,
We suddenly was aware of a lot of emails in outbound queue. It was bouncemails that was supposed to be sent back to sender.
In this case sender does not have account on our emailserver (mailenable).
After looking into logfiles we see that receiver server did not allow email because of this error:
421 4.5.0 Bare carriage return (CR) not allowed 1929
I did some research and found this article on your site where its written that Mailenable do not create header with Bare carriage return error (https://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020418)
But in our case its only the bounce mails that has this problem. And as I understand bounce emails is created in Mailenable.
Do anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this problem?

I've notice the following in our log:
When sending bouncereply mailenable send
DATA 354 End data with <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>
And when sending normal email mailenable send
DATA 354 Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF>
Do anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this problem?
