Subject filter not working with UTF-8 subjects

Any email I receive that has a subject similar to ?UTF-8?B?UHVsbCBEb3duIEtpdGNoZW4gRmF1Y2V0cywgT24gU2FsZSBUb2RheQ==?= isn't being processed by the subject word list filter correctly. I have tried simply adding a filter of *UTF-8* to remove all emails with such headers, but it still doesn't identify any of them. The email subject shows up completely readable in the webmail, but when viewed in the headers it shows up UTF-8. Any way to fix this?
