Hello All,
We just moved to MailEnable for the backend but kept our Roundcube webmail for our users so they didn't really see a change. I have mapped the IMAP folders in the roundcube config to what MailEnable uses but I am getting reports of when someone sends an email they get an error saying there is no disk space but they are all set to unlimited quota.
This is from my roundcube config, I was wondering if anyone has seen this before. if I don't map the folders in the roundcube config they get 2 folders for sent, deleted items etc..
$config['trash_mbox'] = 'Deleted Items';
$config['sent_mbox'] = 'Sent Items';
$config['junk_mbox'] = 'Junk Email';
$config['drafts_mbox'] = 'Drafts';

Re: RoundCube and IMAP Folders
Hi,
Access the IMAP properties in the MailEnable administration console and navigate to the "Settings" tab. Disable "Enforce mailbox quotas" to see if this resolves the problem. If it does then this indicates your running an older version of Enterprise 10.x. You will to upgrade to the latest version 10.35 located on our downloads page as there was a fix for IMAP quota.
